Still fluctuating in a reasonable range, so that tells me I'm maintaining. Which is good, I suppose. I'd like to start losing again, but I also need to find a balance with eating. I don't usually eat before work (full breakfasts too soon after I wake up make me feel sick, and when I work early it's too early to get up and hang out for an hour or two THEN eat), I have zero opportunity to eat while at work, so I can't eat anything until at least when I get off work, if not wait a few more hours after that for Husband to get home so we can have dinner together.
I may just stock up on Luna Bars and Clif Bars, or other similar things, have one on the ride into work, and maybe keep one in my pocket as a snack later, if I ever get 5 minutes during the day to eat it. But just having it may help. I can always have a second one after work as a snack to tide me over before Husband gets home, then we can have dinner together. It'll help keep my calories low, I know I'm working out plenty, so that should get me back into some losing patterns.
