Weight still the same as last weigh in. In the process of moving and feel unsettled so have turned to nibbling in between meals, not good. Will have to wait until move is over and I can cook proper meals again. Looking forward to Nut Roast for Christmas lunch though plus all the veggies and of course dessert. Think the chocoholic craving has gone for ever don't miss it at all.
