Back on track (or my body is anyway, I don't think I ever went off.) Monthlies are the worst. I feel terrible, unmotivated, bloated, fat, tired. It's a double whammy--I'm fatter from the water, and I don't feel like working out, which makes me feel fatter.
Better than being pregnant, I guess. That's what happened last time I lost some weight -- Nora was coming!
