Just a note on something I have noticed during my banting journey. Carbs make me hungry. I have noticed that sometimes when I crave bread or rice and I actually do eat them rarely though, I get hungry in a few hours as compared to when I eat my banting meals I only have two meals a day, breakfast and supper.
Im almost at my goal weight and now I need to find a balance, my biggest challenge has been maintaining after weightloss.
