Weight loss journey...Yeah I've been doing this for about 6 months now and I've lost about 45 lbs. I'm so proud of what I've done. I've joined Curves and the motivation there is amazing. They push me to do things that I may not have thought I could do.

I've been watching what I'm eating and it's helping me do stay focused. I hung pictures of what I want to look like on the fridge. It helps a little and I put a note to myself on my front door that says "You can do it"

I hope someone is reading this and gets some motivation from me and my weight loss.
