Really need to do a weigh in some time again...really happy with my progress though. I wish this app had a measurements section as well, I feel like not everyone wants to just lose weight🤔 some of us want to bulk a little too😀💪🏼 Otherwise I have had a lovely weekend so far, reaaaaally happy with this week’s progress, stayed away from sugar and I could see and feel the difference😱💃🏽 even though I wasn’t very active, I look as if though I’d been working out💪🏼 can’t wait to meal prep for the coming week and make sure I cut a little on the carbs😍 then I’m headed for another amazing weekend with friends (also gonna prep for that). My mom might leave for a month for work and she usually does meal prep for my dinners😢 so time to but on my big girl pants, buuut I’m excited for meal prep with perfectly weighed out portions😍😍😁
