Happy May 22nd! Yesterday marked 21 days of my May Challenge. Daily Cardio of 5 miles~ Healthy Eating~ No Alcohol~ I am feeling pretty good physically and mentally. I really thought that this was going to be a tough challenge. I take one day at a time. It’s easier that way. I’ve only weighed myself once for a weight loss log. I refuse to get on the scale now as I am afraid to. I can definitely tell that my body is changing. I like that feeling. Now to get crackin’ and get my cardio in! Have a Blessed Tuesday ❤️
