I haven't been doing much of anything towards my weight loss goals. Ha! What weight loss goals?? lol I need to do something. I feel so desperate! I feel that if I don't do anything now, this year, I'm going to be stuck at this weight for the rest of my possibly shorter life! I hate that thought! All it takes is 30-60 minutes a day, and that's not hard! I'm on the computer for longer than that so I can't complain that I don't have the time! I could go for a walk or bike ride in the evenings instead of sitting and reading or watching a movie. I could get up a little earlier and do it then! If I would just DO IT, I might actually see results, but for some reason I have it in my head that that would be hard. Dumb habitually negative thinking.
