it is winter and I am in a fix,one I do not like cooked veggies but it is so cold I cannot do it. Any suggestions on good warm veggies that I can handle (no pumpkin,sweet potatoes ). I have so gained weight I am staying away from that scales . I am not ready for that disappointed.
