@LowCarbFemmeFit once in a while I deprive myself of chicken or fish for 3 days or so. then my "cheat" meal in the next days will be chicken or fish coz I haven't had it in a while. that's how I curb my cravings for burgers and junk. Deprive myself of meat (protein) then my "cheat" will be of that protein meat I haven't had.
