Feeling very motivated. I’m not going to go back. 12 weeks until the wedding and still 8kgs to lose! Need to stay focused, stay free and be strong. I can do this, one good decision at a time. I’m not touching processed flour, sugar or alcohol and I’m feeling great. No bloating or anything. ☀️ just need to find the motivation to gym, I was supposed to start this week but haven’t yet.
