The number on the scale is becoming less of a demotivator now. I feel so good with the way I'm eating and having introduced training routines again the only thing that makes sense is success. I'm learning to shut down those negative voices and acknowledge only positivity. So something I recently learnt is in the minutes before slumber think only about your great I AM. That means I am worthy, I am beautiful, I am going to have the body I want, I deserve greatness etc. As you drift off to sleep in that state this speaks to your subconscious mind which holds the power to your success. Reprogram your subconscious mind and you will win your internal battles.
