Wow!! I am just laughing to myself.....who would have ever though that I would be getting up Monday thru Friday @ 3:33am to work out for two hours some days. But definitely a hour and a half. I feel great eating all the veggies and smaller portions. God is good. He knew exactly what I needed. I don't even crave anything since I don't eat hardly any added sugar. Can't stay away from my A-1 sauce. I now can focus on something else other than FOOD. I know some days are not as great...but I just thank God for the positive attitude I am blessed with today. I have not even got on the scale and I don't plan on getting on it til Next Monday. I would suggest everyone to go without any added sugars but that is a very hard thing.
