Today is the first day that I was really tempted to eat of plan. I survived, but ate way more than I usually do. Just seemed to have the munchies. To fight off my desire for ice cream, I mixed cream cheese, stevia, & whipped topping and let it chill in the fridge. Yummy. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
