I had the same thing happen to me.
you were used to that body and your shape and size, and became confident in it because it was you.
now your revamping you and your not sure what it is you are and your not used to yourself being something different. it goes away and you will feel comfortable in your skin again.
it's just your mind feeling lost in this new body, but you need to remind yourself that this is still you.
