probably really a simple matter - but can someone help with how to post on my challenges to show the progress i am doing?
today - rode the stationary bike for 40 min - PTL! (and had not "FELT" like doing any - ANY! - exercise - )
hope and pray if i haven't dropped on my 'weigh-in Thursday' that I at least would not have gained. . .
be encouraged all . . .
