The weight is coming off slowly but it's coming off and that's what's important. I'm up to 3 days a week working out, I want to make it 4 but starting slow seems to be the key for me. Plus my schedule is going to change in a couple of months so i'll do what i can fit in now and then increase as my schedule slows down :)
