Yeah for Friday! We leave on our vacation to Maine on Sunday!
I have lots to do at work today and then we have to get the house picked up since we have some friends coming in to check in on our cats.
I haven't been able to work out this week as I would have liked, but I think between now and Sunday, I should be able to get in some time on the elliptical.
It's funny - I record some of my activities as housework, because I'm not sure how else to record them - like volunteering at the cat shelter. I'm on my feet, cleaning cages, scooping litter, playing with the cats. And when I chase my 13 month old all over my house - that's housework, right? I'm sure I burn many more calories than I realize! At least we now have the child locks on the cabinets and doors, so he can't empty my kitchen. He loves bringing stuff over to us - and he's so proud - that I can't certainly be upset with him!
Here's hoping to burning lots of calories over the next two days when cleaning!
