I just read a great article about being dependent on food for happiness. One of the things that stood out to me was when he asked "is food something that you controls your mood? Does not having your favorite food make you depressed, sad or feel like you lost your best friend?" Wow I can totally relate to everything he said. And it is sad that I run to food to make me feel better. So he suggests to find other things that make u happy. Knowing that food is so temporary and is not for that purpose. So my mission is to find things that make me happy so I will not run to food for happiness. it only lasts for the time it takes u to scarf it down then here comes guilt. And the cycle continues.....I gonna break it...one day @ a time!
