I have been feeling a bit fuzzy this last week so I am kind of surprised that I have been losing. I think this is one of the better weeks that I have had but I still have a long way to go. I have stopped feeling sorry for myself and have started to focus on trying to regain my feelings about my weightloss. I have strted to inroduce a few "new" things to my diet and it really remotivated me to the point that I want to continue. I was on the Atkins website and found a whole bunch of new recipes that I want to try. One that I have tried is the flex cracker - I actually rolled it thinner than they suggested, added a bit more splenda(flavored splenda) and then I broke the bits up and made a cereal with cream. OMG it was just what I needed. I also found another one using the flex meal as a pizza crust - this one will definitely be worth trying(maybe this weekend). As long as I can maintain what I am doing I should be ok.
