Woohoo! Even after eating so much yesterday I finally dropped below 130. 129.6. Now lets see if it stays there. It probably would have been less had I not eaten what I did yesterday but this is good enough. No diet today - no exercise. Laryngitis and a biopsy. No exercise for two days they said. What a horrid experience. Pain that seemed to last forever. I'm eating whatever I want but I don't have a lot to eat in the house. My ice pack is too cold. OK, yes, I am feeling rather sorry for myself. I finally get below 130 and it looks like it's going to be hard to stay there for awhile.
