Dziennik mamajava, 15 sie 12

Finally getting to a new WW meeting tonight. Tried to go a couple nights ago and realized I didn't have the funds to go that day. Feeling a little miserable due to TOM water weight...a good 8 pounds of pointless bloat can really bring a girl down. =( Even though I know once this period ends, the 8 pounds will fall right back off like it always does...but it still hurts to see it on the scale month after month after month...

On a brighter note, it's a beautiful sun-shiny day here in Michigan and I'm hoping to make the best of it, regardless of how yucky my body feels.
