129.4. still have laryngitis. the cut from the biopsy hurts. Not terrible but then I haven't done anything but move my arm so hard to tell. Climbing today!!! whoohoo!!!! yay!!! My climbing buddy's dad had a heart attack so we haven't been going. it sounds like he's doing much better so she feel comfortable leaving him to climb. Lets hope I can climb. But I can try, anyway. I rode stationary bike for 20 minutes last night. wow it as hard! I don't know why. well, maybe because I'm sick? I suppose. Anyway I did it. and two days of 129.4 means I really am finally under 130. yay!!!!! No idea what my ideal weight is going to be. I'll see as I go along.
