Dziennik Tigsy, 20 sie 12

I could've done better, but I suppose I could've done worse too. I haven't exercised for 3 days, I don't really count walking around at the mall and doing laundry as exercise. I "splurged" when going out to dinner with my mother and boyfriend at Red Lobster. They were having their delicious Endless Shrimp special and well I ate more than I should've. I walked out stuffed full of pasta, bread, mashed potatoes and a bunch of other unhealthy food. Saturday I went nuts with Laughing Cow cheese, I had no clue a wedge only had 35 cals so I ended up eating the entire thing of cheese. Sheesh. I also ate rice that evening and had seconds. :(

Sunday night I took my family to eat at a Greek Kabob House. Of course, more rice. The only positive thing I can say about my weekend eating habits were that I only consumed water. I was "good" for 2 out of the 3 daily meals so I feel positive about that.
