Today,
I am calling myself out!
I haven't weighed myself in more than two weeks. I would like to give you an excuse but I have none.
I had very recently changed the battery in my scale so no issues there.
The truth is...As this image clearly states and I first saw and loved when Rosio19 shared it, you can't have your cake and eat it too!
I have done a fabulous job over the last 4 months changing behaviors but I am no where near my desired goals.
This morning I really thought I would be at 275lbs and to my dismay, I was 280.9lbs.
How will I respond?
This will be a learning experience and I will be better for it.
I am in it to win it so it is a setback but a temporary one which I will overcome.
To all the people on this site who contribute, I want to thank you for the sense of camaraderie.
