Dziennik caperbike, 12 wrz 18

Day seven of low carb eating and extending my non eating window to late morning or lunch. So far so good - day one was hard simply because I started to think too far ahead about things I might miss eating instead of just focusing on the day. Day two and three was pretty straight forward. Day four felt more hungry than previous days and struggled a bit but stayed in track.
I think I need to start weighing myself only once or maximum twice a week though. Every day might be discouraging once there are days when the weight goes up slightly it doesn’t change. Weekly will probably be better to show actual weight drop.
