Dziennik tifany, 15 maj 10

Well, the scale is moving and I'm really trying. However, I did go way over my new calorie set of 1500. I lost anyways, probally my body is so used too sooo much more. I don't know that I'll be able to do 1500, maybe some days. I figured having it set there I'll likely go over less than I would having it set higher. Kinda like setting your clock 10 min fast so you make it to appts. on time.

I am happy you are determined. I guess you can eat more than 1500, I am lighter than you and Im eating 1600, sometimes 1700. Why dont you try more food? Make it 1700-1800 for a week or two and see what happens. Who knows, even with medication maybe you can lose :) Try walking a little, not much, increase slowly. I wish you find your way soon, I am positive you will and as soon as you start losing, hopefully your doc will decrease your meds :)

I know with meds I CAN loose. I've done it probally 3x's at 100 pounds each time. I always did it with that fad diet Atkins, and didn't keep it off. Usually due to an extended hospital stay where I had to eat carbs. I was at 263 on the 10th I think, so it's coming off. It's just the ticker that bothers me, LOL. 10 compared to 100 this time isn't bad. I have to allow for setbacks, as I do not plan on this being a fad. Sure I want to loose, I just had my mother pick up a watch for me...and it didn't fit. I used to eat drive thru sometimes 3x's a day. Today, I had a turkey burger on wheat with reduced sugar ketchup and 1 serving of baked FF. Overall, I'm doing well...and loosing.
