This past week I was good during the week but falterned on the weekend. I made some bad choices and looking back could of made better choices and made it easier on myself. I read more in Atkins book so realized what I need to do better and realized some things I thought were right weren't. Knowledge is POWER.
I realized also this weekend when I do eat too many carbs specifically gluten/wheat I don't feel good at all. Bloated, crampy, etc. I am thinking of doing as my daughter is and eating gluten free. I can easily do gluten free and atkins. I think they go hand in hand.
So keeping on with induction and feeling good. Set my alarm wrong so will be exercising tonight instead of this morning as I wanted to. I am going to do Wii Fit tonight.
Moving on and goal will be a clean successful week.
