Dziennik jprunty, 17 mar 08

Went to Reno over the weekend. Didn't do good on eating there. Gained but not going to record it. Going to try and loose what I gained before the next challenge. Had a great time. Ate to late for dinner every night and drank way to much. But had a blast.
Best part got to have adult conversation. whoohooo. I do child care so don't get to have very many conversations above a 3-5 year old.
In-laws where fun to talk to doing good. mother in law noticed my weight difference as soon as she saw me. nobody else. But that was ok.
Gonna hit it hard for the next challenge. I've learned through these challenges my body doesn't like to eat dinner or any food after about 5:30 pm and I really need to beable to run and excersize. Walking and sitting every couple of minutes just doesn't do it.
Ready for the week and going to do good on Easter taking the kids to my aunts house about 1 1/2 hours away. Hubby can't go he is on call for his work and can't go more then a 1/2 hour from home. But the food will be diet friendly.
Gotta go Happy Saint Patricks day.

Your change in eating patterns and content over the weekend have definitely cause some fluid retention so most if not all of that weight gain will disappear in a day or two. Drink plenty of fluids. It is really wonderful to witness how the many facets of this site provide us with insights into our eating habits and lifestyle that we might normally have missed. Your learning about the need for an early dinner time and the need for exercise are key pieces to the puzzle that will solve your weight problems for good. It's hard to believe that Easter is this weekend already. Where did the time go? Have a Happy St. Patrick's Day!
