Another busy Monday! No time for exercise as such just the usual running around while at home and work. Dont think I have eaten enough today but its a bit late now and anyway that may compensate for yesterdays rather large sunday dinner with wine!!
Looking forward to the challenge starting as I can feel my motivation slipping slightly!

I know what you mean .If I get to busy and forget my snack I end up starving while i am making dinner and really have a hard time not munching while i cook. Isn't it funny that eating regularly is what kees us on track.

I find it helps to have pre-cut up veggies or friut available. If you really have to, set a reminder on your cell phone. If your that hungry munching on a carrot or celery while making dinner can't be that bad. If its limited to one chunk of celery, it will make you feel better and take your mind off being hungry so you can focus.

I agree with Angel Fire about snacking while cooking. In fact, my hubby and I will often make an intentional first course out of carrot sticks, green pepper slices, or an apple we munch on while fixing the real meal. It helps us get enough veggies in, gives our stomach a head start on the meal so we realize a little sooner that we aren't hungry any more. I also try to drink a whole glass of water while I'm prepping food for the same reasons.
