Weighed in prior to hitting the gym for my morning workout today. Dropped a little more than a half a pound. Feels good to see it drop with me increasing my calories this week. I hope everyone is getting after it today.

Two-Dumbbell Front Raises - 45x10, 45x10, 35x10, 35x10
Reverse Machine Flies - 50x10, 50x10, 50x10, 50x10
Face Pulls - 100x10, 110x10, 120x10, 120x10
Cable Upright Rows - 100x10, 100x10, 100x10, 100x10
Dumbbell Shrugs - 120x10, 120x10, 120x10, 120x10
And followed with a Premeir Protein Chocolate High Protein Shake.
