Dziennik anicolet, 15 sie 07

Well I have to say I have been doing great the last few days
Still feel alittle out of sorts
Yesterday finished the day off with the caramalized spare rib meal S.B. oh my god soooooo good
no cheating
today worked 7a7p actually didn't get out till 9p so there went my night run
ate the egg,spinach,onion,green pepp cheese mix that I made in muffin tins for breakfast
all small portions of everything like small container of hummus size
spagetti squash with homemade sauce
one of the ribs
one mini eggplant pizza
small homemade turkey chili and munched on celery and carrots thru out day
having small scoop of skim ricotti for snack at home
Getting the nasty headaches back!!!!
