Well today I decided to treat myself to an "off the diet" meal that would satisfy my cravings and allow me to not feel so deprived. I originally planned to go to Five Guys Burger but didn't make it to that side of town so decided to try a new chain called Graffiti Burger. Turned out to be really tasty. I had the original burger with cheese and topped with their special sauce and cole slaw. I had hand cut fries to go with it.
Now I still know I can't go completely crazy so I didn't have a milk shake just a glass of water. I didn't eat all the fries either.
So for "dessert" tonight I'm having a bananberry smoothie. I will have to hit the eliptical but probably won't till tomorrow. Just enjoying my Saturday.
Dinner was fake fried tillapia with asparagus and couscous. Bringing things back to a sensible level.
