A Psychological milestone has been reached 17st 0.8lbs, but near enough to 17 stone.

I am extremely grateful to my scales, since at the weekend we had a big family gathering for a 70th Birthday bash of bowling and alcohol and an impressively calorie rich sit down meal.

I have hit the diet hard after that and I'm pleased not to have gained, but I really want to see the scales saying 16st anything.

It's been a very long time since I've seen that and I can't wait.
I am focused today and hope by the weekend to see it.
