I lost 2 ounces..which is actually surprising to me considering I lost myself this last week. I know I made promises to myself in my last entry...but obviously other things did override those promises....
Its ok.. just brush myself off and keep on going.
Sorry Friends I haven't checked in often..been a crazy time.
Still proud of myself that I didn't gain. I couldn't even keep track of my food! I was ashamed, and just couldn't bring myself to fill it out. The thought of actually seeing it as I wrote it scared the crap out of me! Never mind coming clean with y'all about it.
Lordy, I hope it doesn't catch up with me next week. Back on the losing track.
