I'm finally back to work after 2 weeks from having sinus surgery. I feel much better - and I can breathe!
I didn't record what I ate because I wasn't eating too much, and then a lot of it was just comfort food. I actually lost some weight - but now I'm back to where I was before surgery.
Unfortunately, the polyp that was removed came back as malignant. I see an oncologist on Thursday to find out what the MRI looks like and to come up with a plan of action. If that plan involves radiation or chemo, I'm hoping I can continue a healthy eating plan and keep exercising. I was able to use the elliptical and treadmill last week and it felt really good. And I think it's good for my mental health too!
