I had to prepare a talk last week and that seemed to be the only thing on my mind. We went out to eat yesterday, which was disgusting. This new book I'm reading really opened my eyes to prepared food. My talk is over (thank the Maker) and I hope to start on track this week. I didn't weigh myself this morning, but I did yesterday. I'm not gaining, but not doing anything to lose isn't helping.
