Full disclosure because recovering from over drinking when I went to shop to get some milk I bought 900g ice cream had only had oats so simple for breakfast and eat the whole thing I estimate about 1000 calories ice cream alone but didn’t eat anything else not a lot of dietary fibre there I’ll be okay when I sort myself out
