The beginning of fall has been a little tough on keeping the well planned meals going. Several things I need to deal with a bit better.

Road Trips, both business and for UI football. The football trip with my fellow fraternity brother alumni was a disaster, in terms of food and drink intake (otherwise it was a rousing success in terms of camaraderie and fun). My business trips necessitate eating out with manuf reps and customers, which means fairly rich foods.

I am going to try to be more mentally tough and order the healthier choices that are on the menu, and then really avoid the unhealthy snacks the rest of the week (month, year).

The holidays are fast approaching, which will be another challenge....
