Dziennik Fat Mike's, 06 lis 18

Good week of weight loss. Today is my babies 10 month birthday. Wife wanted to go out to eat so i went, ordered, and told them to put my beef strips creamy fettuccine pasta in a take-away. Came home and made myself a protein smoothy. I was not going to miss my opportunity of reaching my 20kg lost milestone tomorrow morning. So 76 days into my Fat Mike’s Journey and the mind is programmed right, its got its priorities straight and losing the weight and becoming healthier and of course much lighter is the only craving and want i have. First target of 47.5kg is to bring my BMI to a level acceptable to NZ immigration, next target will be to get to a slender 90kg.
