my friend told me that museli is a carb that i shouldn't be eating it, so what now? advice pls

Carbs are not inheritly bad, they are your body’s natural food source. Every person has a plan that works for them, I tend to keep everything in moderation and that works for me

Muesli is processed so the carb is higher cause of all the sweetener adhancers added to it. But it honestly just depends on ur eating plan. Some ppl calorie count so it doesn't matter what they eat as long as they in their calorie range their happy. Also don't cut out all carbs. Because alot of natural carbs like that from an avo... Have high Fibre which cancel out some of the carb count. There r good carbs

Be careful with Muesli - it is loaded with calories(but it depends on your goals - gaining or losing)

I used to eat fruit and muesli yogurt milk (lots of sugar/carbs) every day before work and by 11/12 I was alway hungry for a big lunch. I now eat bacon eggs and avo for breakfast and its only late afternoon that I start to think about eating. Usually I’ll eat a bit of cheese or some nuts to last me until dinner.

I must say after using the FatSecret app I was surprised to find out how many calories muesli contains! It is also prone to cause bloating 🙈 I really enjoy it though, so a treat for some mornings, but won't have it every morning!
