Week 2 Day 3: I'm wiped out! I have no energy & just want to lay around & sleep. I got up @ 6:30 am & worked until noon came home ate & layed down & have been sleeping on & off up til now. I've been really sleeping much better than I normally do. So I was surprized to be so tired. Well I need to get myself together as I have a busy week & week end ahead. Food & moving was good yesterday. My attitude is staying positive. Change is never easy so I just need to rest when I need to & get done what needs done. I think thats called life! LOL

I dont think being a little more tired in the beginning is too uncommon, your body is flushing out toxins and you may feel all weird.. but in another few days you should feel much better.. actually find you have energy for stuff you just didn't feel like doing before. Good job and keep on living life! =)

Hi Paula, I checked your menu some days your calories are high and other days low, I would shot for 1400-1700 for your weight now and try and be consistant with it as well as the carbs. your energy level should pick up, usually after the first two weeks you should see and increase in energy. Maybe the low cals days are dragging you down. I hope that works for you, its a bummer feeling worn out. Good Luck :)
