Thanks, happy with my progress.
This last week was not great with weight loss on scale. On Wednesday this week, marks 3 months to the date and ive lost 13cm on my chest and 20cm on my stomach so ill take that as my motivation as i continue my journey.
If the scale doesnt motivate you at times, grab the tape measure and check your digits, you will be surprised!
