Dziennik tifany, 30 maj 10

2.8 loss! I'm at exactly 250 now. One hundred and 5 to go, ughh. The last 2 nights I saved my dinner for as long as I could last(about 7:00) and then immediately took my meds. So far so good, I was at 1769 calories yesterday and around 1800 the day before. The beauty of it is I don't feel like such a failure not being able to stick. I have been eating very light throughout the day and eat a lot at night. My diary doesn't really reflect accurately because yesterday I had some of the same stuff at night and just added to lunches and etc.

1782 kcal Tłusz: 73,48g | Białk: 101,69g | Węglo: 194,35g.   Lunch: wendys honey mustard, wendys saltine crackers, wendys large chili, Ham and Cheese Sandwich. Obiad: bear naked peak flax oats and honey with blueberries, activia light fat free strawberry yogurt, hellmans honey mustard, diets and watson lite turkey breast, feta cheese. Przekąski/Inne: pepsi max. więcej...
