Dziennik tifany, 31 maj 10

Good day all. I had a good calorie day yesterday but I didn't weigh in this morning because I was up at 3:30 am. I figured the food was for sure probally still in my tummy. I cleaned and cleaned and by 9:00 I was having a chicken salad with feta. Kinda weird, I know but I was starved. It is 7:00pm right now and I have about 300 cal left for the day, so I will figure out what I'm going to eat before bed(when I take my meds). I do hope this continues to work, eating at night right before bed with my meds, because this is probally where the majority of my weight gain happened. If I solve that now, wow...how incredible would that be. I'm going to be on them for the rest of my life so something has got to give. By the way, 300 is vey low. The last few days I've been doing closer to 1000 at night...and it worked. Wish me luck!
