I’ve been not logging for a while in my depression and I’m back on the train. Restarted my workout routine and meal prepping. Prepped tonight for the next 3 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I have a Christmas party with some friends on Friday night so I’ll have to be strong and only eat better option foods. I’m going to lose weight again and I’m going to stick with it! I will not let my weight or my depression keep me from being healthy!
