Ok so, I quit smoking almost 2 weeks ago now and do not want to gain any weight from that like has happened in the past when Ive quit, but this time I am quitting for good! I also made the decision to go, first vegetarian, and even more recently vegan, and I am very happy with it. I feel good, eating super healthy without having to try or feel deprived. I am looking to lose weight but even if I dont, I feel healthier and happier!
