So I have fallen off the wagon. Because I was out of town for almost 2wks I was eating out a lot plus was drinking a lot of mixed drinks. We all know that alcohol is just sugar plus they were fruit drinks just more sugar. Eating late and all different hours. But tomorrow I'm back to my old schedule my b-day is 59days still have 53lb pounds lose by that day. I will be busting my butt the next 59days.
