Dziennik K'D, 20 sty 19

Well I’m new to this LCHF way of life. I just love the foods recommend. After reading ‘What The Fat’ and ‘What The Fast’ I decided WTF I just need to trust this process.
I have had a year of multiple surgeries including two hip replacements. My lack of movement and not keeping an eye on my diet has caused me to to gain a lot of weight. I have embraced this with great motivation. This is my time to be selfish and look after myself. I do feel guilty, not making myself available to my kids and grandkids. If I don’t do it now it may be too late. As my husband said, ‘We may not have many summers left’. A sobering thought.
