Ended up not working out at all yesterday due to laziness (not getting up early enough to go before work), an event at office gym during lunch, and working late which prevented me from going in the evening. Was doing well on the nutrition side until having to work late with dinner provided (Zoe's Kitchen) which was not in line with my original meal plans. But with all that said, I still managed a modest 0.4 lb drop.
